RV & camper headlight restoration
Motorhome headlights are big, expensive, and often close to impossible to source for an older coach. They also spend their whole lives parked outside in full sun, which is exactly the condition that destroys a lens. Restoration is usually the only sensible option.
Replacement parts you cannot buy
On a car, a clouded headlight is annoying because an assembly costs real money. On a fifteen-year-old Class A, it is worse than that: the assembly may simply not exist anymore. Coach headlight housings are low-volume parts, and once the chassis manufacturer stops making them the only supply is salvage.
That changes the maths completely. Restoring the lens you already have is not just the cheaper path, it is often the only path that keeps the coach roadworthy and looking right.
Stored outside, year round
Very few RVs live in a garage. Most sit on a pad, at a storage lot, or in a campground for months at a time with the front cap pointed at the sky. Add coastal humidity and salt air and the factory UV coating on those lenses fails faster than it would on a daily driver.
The large flat lens area typical of motorhomes also means oxidation shows badly. A hazed pair of coach headlights makes an otherwise well-kept rig look tired from fifty feet away.

This is where mobile service genuinely matters. Nobody wants to break camp and drive a forty-foot coach to a shop for headlight work. We bring the setup to your site, your storage lot, or your driveway.
Plan on longer than a car. Oversized lenses and heavy oxidation take more time, and we would rather quote you honestly up front than rush the sanding stages.

How long does an RV take?
Longer than the roughly one hour a car takes. Large lenses with heavy oxidation can take substantially more time. We will give you a realistic window when we quote from your photo.
Can you work at a storage lot or campground?
Usually yes, as long as we have room to work around the front of the coach and the property allows it. Tell us where the rig is sitting when you text and we will confirm.
Do you do the other lenses on a camper?
Yes — marker lights, clearance lights, tail lights and door glass clarity are all fair game. Walk around the rig, send a few photos, and we will quote the lot.
